Nuclear Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the complete range of site activities during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) and/or Order to Remittance (OTR) phases for construction, installation, and commissioning.

• Serve as the primary on-site leader, providing direct reports to the Project Director.

• Oversee, guide, and develop the site team, which includes contractors and sub-contractors, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Ensure strict compliance with project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost constraints as per contractual obligations, company policies, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Actively track project progress, recognize potential risks, and formulate effective mitigation strategies.

• Maintain precise site documentation, including detailed progress reports, daily logs, safety records, and quality control assessments.

• Establish and rigorously implement comprehensive safety programs and protocols to foster a zero-incident culture and uphold the highest quality standards onsite.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management or a comparable leadership position.

• A proven history of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• A strong grasp of project management principles, construction techniques, and safety regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• A master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30) is preferred.

• Experience specifically within the Clinch River area or similar operational settings is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management is preferred.
