Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Theranostics

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the strategic onboarding process for new imaging sites, ensuring the smooth integration of Telix radiopharmaceuticals into both commercial and clinical workflows.

• Design and implement best practices aimed at optimizing imaging sites, which includes standardizing protocols, adjusting scanner settings, and enhancing workflow efficiency to guarantee high-quality imaging results.

• Supervise and carry out essential field activities for imaging sites in accordance with corporate strategy, ensuring optimal support during product launches and healthcare professional education.

• Foster and maintain high-level collaboration with Territory Account Managers within the designated region.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of quarterly area business reviews.

• Direct site engagement strategies, collaborating closely with imaging centers, nuclear medicine specialists, and key stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access and product utilization.

• Establish and oversee a systematic approach to education by developing training materials, presenting product information, and ensuring consistent knowledge sharing with internal and external stakeholders.

• Represent Telix at various meetings and conferences, synthesizing insights that influence company strategy.

• Manage competitive intelligence gathering and market insights, ensuring that internal teams remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Serve as a key liaison among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partnerships while managing key projects and initiatives within the organization to ensure effective execution and measurable impact on Telix’s strategic objectives.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards, proactively addressing any training or compliance gaps.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a scientific field (preferably Radiology or a related discipline) or equivalent experience is necessary.

• Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with the technical aspects of PET/CT scanning with NGIs is essential.

• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 75% of the time.

• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals is required, with a preference for candidates with expertise in prostate cancer.

• Deep understanding of the relevant policies governing the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Proven experience and expertise in interpreting scientific data, conducting market research, and utilizing competitive intelligence tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• A demonstrated history of delivering results that meet or exceed set objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Strong skills in multi-tasking, time management, organization, interpersonal relations, business acumen, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals.

• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Capacity to quickly grasp complex disease areas, treatments, clinical development plans, the healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and the patient journey.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Must reside in close proximity to a major airport.
