This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Deliver thorough procurement and contract management assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering, design, fabrication, and construction contracts.
β’ Serve as the representative for the New Projects Organization in tasks such as drafting, assessing, negotiating, and finalizing various agreements.
β’ Function as the representative of the New Projects Organization to aid the supply chain and commercial teams.
β’ Ensure adherence to nuclear standards and regulations set forth by the Department of Energy (DOE).
β’ Maintain documentation, oversee modifications, and manage the closeout, extension, or renewal of agreements.
β’ A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
β’ A Master's degree and/or Certified Purchasing Manager designation is preferred.
β’ At least eight (8) years of experience in procurement and contract management within the nuclear or a comparable industry is required.
β’ Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
