Nuclear Contract Manager 4 – New Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough procurement and contract management assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering, design, fabrication, and construction contracts.

• Serve as the representative for the New Projects Organization in tasks such as drafting, assessing, negotiating, and finalizing various agreements.

• Function as the representative of the New Projects Organization to aid the supply chain and commercial teams.

• Ensure adherence to nuclear standards and regulations set forth by the Department of Energy (DOE).

• Maintain documentation, oversee modifications, and manage the closeout, extension, or renewal of agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree and/or Certified Purchasing Manager designation is preferred.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in procurement and contract management within the nuclear or a comparable industry is required.

• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
