This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• RESQPool GmbH maintains a team of specialized professionals to supervise employees during their ongoing service operations.
• Our team of supervisors is currently seeking additional members.
• Every employee, whether a paramedic, emergency medical technician, or emergency paramedic, is accompanied by a supervisor (m/f/d) during their service once a quarter and receives live feedback along with a hot debriefing after each operation.
• This process focuses not only on individual medical performance but also on communication and team resource management aspects.

• Together with features like the digital documentation of invasive procedures by emergency paramedics and regular employee discussions, the supervisor concept at RESQPool represents another step toward effective medical quality management.
• As an emergency paramedic with supervisory qualifications at RESQPool, you can expect exciting assignments with our clients across the entire country.
• Emergency paramedic with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience post-examination.
• Existing qualification as a practical instructor for emergency paramedics or nursing professions, or a vocational pedagogical further qualification.
• Identification with the themes of team resource management (TRM), error culture, and emergency medical training and continuing education.
• Ideally, a provider status in at least one internationally recognized training program.
• Ideally, completion of a CRM/TRM course (can also be completed with us after starting the position).
• Driver's license at least class B.
• 35-hour work week with full accounting of working time (no factoring).
• You create your own duty roster.
• Vacation planning according to your preferences.
• Compensation for the special role with an above-tariff allowance.
• Release from operational duties currently at 25% for supervisory activities.
• Further qualification for the role, including the EMOC course (Emergency Medicine Observing Companion – Supervision in Emergency Medicine (2-day course)) and other in-house training.
• Further training in team resource management and other emergency medical relevant topics (e.g., DIVI ANNA course, DIVI intensive transport, POCUS).
• Opportunity to develop a still young concept within a small team of supervisors.
