This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provides operational assistance to clients and notaries throughout the signing request and/or real estate transaction processes.
• Carries out a diverse array of support functions to facilitate departmental operations.
• Adheres to clearly established procedures to fulfill daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Applies existing protocols to address straightforward issues without the constant need for discretion.
• Utilizes basic communication skills to engage with internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Functions as an individual contributor under direct supervision with minimal autonomy.
• Executes all other responsibilities as directed by management.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Generally requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
