Norwegian to English OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Professionally manage incoming calls while adhering to the Interpreter's ethical standards.

• Always be ready to take notes throughout the duration of a call.

• Accurately convey all messages in their entirety, without adding, omitting, or altering any information.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during the interpretation process.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretations.

• Must be a native or fluent speaker of both Norwegian and English.

• Knowledgeable in healthcare and medical terminology.

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Strong note-taking abilities during calls.

• Open to pursuing professional certifications.
