This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients who speak Norwegian.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding FinTech products and services.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Accurately document customer interactions to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet team objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training to stay informed about FinTech product advancements and customer service best practices.
• Relocate to Greece with comprehensive support from the company to ensure a smooth transition.
• Proficiency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required. Please clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your application.
• A minimum English proficiency level of B2.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the FinTech or financial services sector, is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate to Greece with full relocation assistance.
