North American Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer financial advice, guidance, and analytical assistance to the plant leadership team

• Oversee the creation of conversion cost, capital, and headcount budgets

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations

• Assist with year-end audit requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or public accounting

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)

• Familiarity with metrics and key performance indicators (KPI)
