Nonprofit Fundraising Campaign Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Greet and assist incoming donors

• Adhere to campaign-approved scripts

• Accurately input donation and pledge information

• Verify essential donor details

• Respond to relevant process-related inquiries

• Utilize multiple applications during calls

• Safeguard confidential information

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Maintain consistent attendance during agreed servicing hours

• Process donations and pledges for designated nonprofit fundraising initiatives

• Manage exclusively inbound donor calls; no cold calling, outbound dialing, prospecting, direct solicitation, or product sales

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• At least six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite experience

• Professional and friendly phone demeanor

• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills

• Proficient typing and data-entry capabilities

• Comfortable following scripts and established procedures

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

• Dedicated, quiet workspace at home

• Windows 11 computer

• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB preferred

• Noise-canceling USB headset

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection required

• Quiet and distraction-free work environment

• Certification necessary before commencing service

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not supported
