This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy, implementation, and performance of non-sports prediction markets across various sectors, including cryptocurrency, politics, stocks, commodities, macroeconomics, artificial intelligence, culture, and breaking news.
• Propel business outcomes by overseeing critical performance metrics such as engagement, retention, market quality, volume, and revenue.
• Recognize emerging narratives, trends, and real-world events that resonate with customers, converting them into attractive prediction market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Marketing Team, Analytics Team, Customer Experience Team, Legal Team, Compliance Team, Public Relations Team, and external prediction market partners to fulfill business objectives.
• Create and refine operational processes that facilitate the quick launch, monitoring, and management of prediction markets on a large scale.
• Utilize data, market insights, and sound judgment to make swift, high-quality decisions in a real-time context.
• Assess market performance, customer behavior, and industry trends to continually enhance market offerings and customer engagement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on prediction markets and emerging topics, contributing to the strategic priorities across the organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, business management, consulting, finance, trading, media, or within a high-growth technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience in owning business outcomes, operational performance metrics, or Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrency, politics, macroeconomics, technology trends, consumer behavior, or relevant subject matter.
• Proven capability to function effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for using data to guide decisions and drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a history of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams toward common objectives.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a proven track record of identifying opportunities and executing with urgency.
• A curious, commercially savvy individual with a strong intuition for understanding the trends, narratives, and events that capture customer interest.
