Non-Residential Incentive Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Incentive Program Manager in achieving and maintaining expertise in State and Utility-based Solar Incentive Programs.

• Aid in the onboarding process for new solar incentive programs, which includes contributing to the development of comprehensive program guidelines and operational requirement checklists.

• Collaborate in designing and documenting sustainable procedures for the effective management of the Solar Incentives Program.

• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to uphold the current Incentive Program, including tracking issues and supporting process enhancements.

• Keep track of changes to the Incentive Program, such as step-downs and program closures, and assist in evaluating their impact on operations and financial aspects.

• Evaluate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and associated commercial contracts to determine their effect on incentive program structuring, compliance, and financial modeling.

• Aid in communication and coordination with Rebate Authorities and the Rebate Program Administration.

• Support the timely fulfillment of Program Compliance requirements to ensure good standing with Rebate and Program Administrators.

• Gather and analyze results data and assist internal teams in enhancing forecasting accuracy.

• Help maintain Incentive policies and process maps, ensuring that all documentation is current.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the Program Manager and team objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of pertinent experience.

• Knowledge of various renewable incentive programs is preferred.

• Capability to conduct data analysis and support regulatory research.

• Prior experience in reviewing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or similar commercial contracts is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to collect, organize, and analyze information with precision and attention to detail.

• Experience in creating reports and templates is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities are highly regarded.

• Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with project coordination or project management support is a plus.
