📋 Description

• Oversee and lead a team of price reporters specializing in non-ferrous metals throughout the Americas.

• Formulate and implement the regional strategy.

• Collaborate with market participants to enhance adoption.

• Balance managerial duties with the responsibilities of team members.

• Supervise daily operations while ensuring accountability for the regional strategy.

• Solid experience in pricing markets and journalism.

• Familiarity with high-pressure benchmark markets.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring a team.

• Background in market engagement, including organizing or overseeing roadshows, webinars, external meetings, and speaking at events.

• Capability to manage a budget and prioritize resource allocation.

• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently with a clear vision.
