This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Solution Storytelling: Collaborate with technical experts to distill complex ideas into coherent, well-organized content for federal proposals and technical reports.
• Information Synthesis: Acquire new technical concepts (such as cloud computing or data analytics) swiftly and convert them into accessible prose that resonates with both specialists and general audiences.
• Brand & Culture Support: Assist in managing our corporate voice by creating professional, engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and internal newsletters to showcase our team’s achievements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, grammatically accurate, and organized prose under tight deadlines (e.g., via a portfolio, university publication, or professional writing experience).
• A genuine interest in technology and a proven capacity to quickly understand and articulate new, unfamiliar concepts through research.
• Comfortable conducting interviews with subject matter experts (such as developers or project managers) to extract essential details and transform raw notes into a cohesive narrative.
• Outstanding attention to detail with a methodical approach to proofreading and formatting documents to guarantee high-quality end products.
