Nominee Director – Compliance Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Nominee Director to assist with corporate compliance obligations

• Sign banking and corporate documents as necessary

• Aid compliance procedures through occasional administrative tasks

• Engage remotely in required onboarding activities

• Offer minimal ongoing involvement, with requests anticipated only once or twice annually

• Dedicate approximately 1–2 hours for initial onboarding

• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy

• Proficient in using email and digital document signing platforms

• Available to respond to occasional administrative requests

• Possess a valid, up-to-date UK passport or driver's license

• Capable of providing proof of address

• Have an active UK mobile phone number

• Access to a personal laptop or desktop computer
