This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and applications utilizing monitoring tools in a 24/7 shift setting, including night shifts and weekends.
• Detect, log, and address alerts, incidents, and service requests promptly.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and identify root causes for recurring problems.
• Elevate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 teams in accordance with established SLAs.
• Keep incident tickets updated and ensure accurate documentation in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with organizational policies.
• Provide stakeholders with status updates on incident progress.
• Carry out routine health checks on systems, applications, and network devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during outages and significant incidents.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets and uptime requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in NOC / IT Support.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Experience in server and application monitoring.
• Awareness of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
