This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of network and systems professionals.

• Coordinate responses during significant incidents and service interruptions.

• Enhance operational processes and improve service delivery standards.

• Ensure clients receive top-tier support and effective communication.

• Mentor, coach, and provide support to NOC engineers.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.

• Assist in the onboarding and development of technical talent.

• Oversee the daily operations of the NOC.

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Manage workload distribution and team coverage effectively.

• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

• Coordinate technical resources during major incidents.

• Provide clear communication to clients and leadership personnel.

• Lead post-incident reviews and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation for better efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational maturity.

• Help shape the future direction of the NOC.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NOC, infrastructure operations, or a related IT field.

• Proven experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.

• Experience in managing incidents and escalations effectively.

• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment is preferred.

• ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as CCNA / CCNP, Network+, ITIL Foundation, Azure Network Engineer, or AWS Networking Certifications are preferred.
