This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee N1 incidents, conduct diagnostics, manage customer complaints, and implement BTPs.
• Recommend corrective measures for persistent issues.
• Lead the NOC team and demonstrate quality analysis capabilities.
• Utilize systems for task management, incident tracking, and BTPs: iGRI Network Element Management Systems specific to relevant RAN vendors.
• Employ Network and Fault Management Systems such as OMEGA, INFOVISTA, and GRAFANA.
• More than 10 years of experience as a NOC technician with expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN technologies.
• Familiarity with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment related to the aforementioned technologies.
• Experience working with Tier 1 operators in Spain.
• In-depth experience in N1 Technical Support, particularly in RAN network management.
• Strong understanding of support processes within Mobile RAN Access.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, and more.
• Proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting, and suggesting solutions.
• Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
• English proficiency is a plus.
