NOC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee Azure infrastructure, applications, and network services

• Address alerts, incidents, and service interruptions

• Conduct initial troubleshooting and identify root causes

• Escalate problems to DevOps, Cloud, or Application teams as necessary

• Monitor incidents using ticketing systems (Jira, etc.)

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Fundamental knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines

• Acquainted with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

• Basic administration skills for Linux and Windows servers
