This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Address alerts, which mainly include user device issues, circuit failures, temperature/water notifications, Cloud-related alerts, and SOC alerts.
• Handle requests, focusing on scheduling after-hours maintenance and onboarding new customers/devices.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and customers; coordinate maintenance, after-hours repairs, and patch remediation efforts.
• Undertake projects assigned by managers for the NOC and Support teams.
• Maintain documentation, update the knowledge base, create new articles, and enhance content.
• Propose and implement process improvements to achieve better results.
• Over 3 years of general IT experience, primarily in server and infrastructure support, as well as networking and circuits.
• At least 1 year of experience in a NOC environment, with knowledge of ITIL-based Service Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems.
• General knowledge of all currently supported versions of Windows.
• Experience with OS & application patching, OS upgrades, and failure remediation.
• Familiarity with Cloud products and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Amazon AWS.
• Knowledge of identity management, authorization, and security solutions such as Azure AD and Okta.
• Experience with EMM/MDM tools like InTune and AirWatch.
• Understanding of backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Familiarity with email technologies, including general mail flow troubleshooting, archiving, retention, and compliance.
• Comprehension of networking concepts, specifically network protocols like TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conversing in English at a conversational level.
