This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address alerts, which mainly include user devices, circuit outages, temperature/water notifications, Cloud alerts, and SOC alerts.
• Handle requests, which primarily involve scheduling after-hours maintenance and onboarding new customers/devices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with vendors and customers.
• Organize maintenance, after-hours repairs, and patch remediation efforts.
• Maintain documentation, enhance the knowledge base, create new articles, and improve content.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to achieve better results.
• Over 3 years of general IT experience, focusing on server, infrastructure support, and networking/circuits.
• At least 1 year of experience in a NOC environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
• General knowledge of all currently supported Windows versions, particularly in Desktop-related issues.
• Experience with OS and application patching, OS upgrades, and failure remediation.
• Familiarity with Cloud products and technologies (such as Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of identity management, authorization, and security protocols (including Azure AD and Okta).
• Experience with EMM/MDM tools (like InTune and AirWatch).
• Understanding of networking concepts (including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP).
• Competence in diagnostic tools covering Layer 1-3 functionalities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse in English at a conversational level.
