No-Code Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Gather and refine business requirements from customers, partners, external communities, and internal stakeholders.

• Structure, prioritize, and manage requirements within the company’s information systems.

• Define and advocate for product concepts, which include organizing and detailing business requirements, formulating go-to-market strategies, creating mockups, collaborating on UX/UI design with UI designers, preparing presentation materials, drafting user stories, and coordinating with technical writers to document functionalities across both internal and public-facing company resources.

• Perform market research, including competitor analysis, assessment of potential integration solutions, and reviewing reports from prominent analytical firms like Gartner and Forrester.

• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies with development teams, such as Kick-off presentations, Refinement, Planning, Review, and Retrospective sessions.

• Work closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team to accomplish product objectives and fulfill customer expectations.

• Offer consultations for internal teams, customers, and partners on tailoring the system to meet business requirements.

• Organize and lead training sessions for employees and clients on new product launches and functionality enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.

• Strong proficiency in product concept development.

• Demonstrated experience in collaboration and integration with technology partners to deliver joint products and solutions.

• Experience working alongside development teams on application architecture and contributing to informed architectural decisions.

• Advanced English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both verbal and written, with experience in an international business setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical abilities to assess IT solutions markets and grasp user needs and expectations.

• Practical experience and a willingness to operate at both strategic and detailed requirement levels.

• In-depth knowledge of technologies and methodologies for building highly available and high-performance web applications.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents independently to create prototypes, MVPs, or production-ready applications.

• Solid understanding of modern AI agent architectures, agentic workflows, and the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem.
