This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +3 more countries.
• Identify, develop, and implement account strategies to secure new business opportunities and enhance revenue with customers in the designated region.
• Scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota objectives.
• Target and engage with decision makers in key prospective accounts within the assigned territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers, typically at the CIO and CSO levels, across industries, partners, and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Management teams.
• Create visibility with target accounts and foster prospect engagement at both individual contributor and executive levels.
• Work collaboratively with partners to leverage established account presence and relationships.
• Capture, maintain, and share accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in selling enterprise platform solutions in one of the following markets: SIEM, log management, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or data management.
• Ability to adapt, thrive, and excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong presentation skills and the capability to effectively engage with both technical stakeholders and executive decision makers.
• Proven success in managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure with a disciplined methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a team-selling environment, closely collaborating with peers in the CrowdStrike sales organization.
• A history of consistently exceeding goals and sales quotas – a high achiever.
• Consultative sales approach – ability to challenge organizations to think differently.
• Strong ability in promoting technology and acquiring new accounts (hunting) – skilled in identifying and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing customers.
• Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• A self-starter who can work independently but is also team-oriented – embracing a work together, win together ethos.
• Excellent problem-solving skills – resourceful and constructive.
