
New Listings Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of revenue objectives for listing subscriptions and additional services within the new listings division.
• Supervise 5 direct reports: 4 Team Leads who manage approximately 35 sales representatives and 1 LDR Supervisor.
• Enhance conversion rates throughout the entire sales funnel: contact → qualified lead → opportunity → close.
• Establish outreach sequencing strategies, criteria for lead qualification, routing logic, and frameworks for LDR scripting.
• Track performance against quotas; mentor Team Leads to address gaps and develop their sales representatives.
• Evaluate pipeline health, sales velocity, and win/loss trends to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, objection handling, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Work with Operations on HubSpot workflows, automation, and optimization of lead routing.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality based on source and campaign.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless post-sale transitions.
• Develop an onboarding strategy for new leaders and create career advancement pathways across the team.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2C, marketplace, subscription, or SaaS environments.
• At least 1 year of experience managing sales managers, team leads, or sales teams of 25 or more representatives.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and enhancing conversion rates.
• Experience in designing outreach sequences and optimizing comprehensive sales strategies.
• Familiarity with LDR, SDR, or BDR roles and improving handoffs between teams.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, reporting, and lead routing.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting sales data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent coaching abilities with a background in developing frontline managers.
• Comfortable managing remote and distributed teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish at a C1 level or higher.
• This position is remote and based in Colombia.
