This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate, commission, and test PLC-controlled equipment.

• Carry out complete systems integration at customer locations.

• Collaborate with electrical technicians to set up control cabinets.

• Load and configure PLC software efficiently.

• Conduct tests to verify functionality and performance.

• Assist in the commissioning of PLC and HMI systems.

• Perform hardware and functionality testing in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Aid in system integration testing, including WMS connectivity, adapter cells, storage, and safety systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using appropriate tools.

• Work in conjunction with engineering, software, and customer support teams during commissioning and go-live support.

• Carry out tasks outlined in the Commissioning Services Scope of Work, including cabinet startup, software loading, configuration, and validation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate from an accredited university.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, robotics, industrial engineering, or a related field is necessary.

• Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial networks is essential.

• Experience with robotics systems such as ABB is advantageous.

• Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and organization.

• Ability to adapt in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Capability to travel by driving or flying to client and customer locations.

• Must possess a credit card and manage expenses for bi-weekly reimbursement personally.

• Ability to work at heights up to 45 feet and in confined spaces of 24 inches.

• Capacity to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Adherence to all safety requirements and protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection measures.

• Willingness to work approximately 75% of the time on construction sites while utilizing required PPE.

• Ability to work in temperature ranges from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.
