This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any outstanding issues related to a submitted application from the moment the case is submitted until it is issued.
β’ Evaluate and input applications and transfer requests received from advisors.
β’ Ensure that applications are accurately submitted and are in satisfactory order before final submission to the carrier.
β’ Liaise with carriers and ceding institutions to oversee and expedite the application process.
β’ Keep application records and statuses updated within Signal Advisors' internal systems.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the annuity industry, including product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance matters.
β’ Build relationships with key administrative and office support personnel to ensure efficient business flow among various business units and third-party administrators.
β’ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance business processes and new business functions.
β’ Grasp the application process thoroughly and guide advisors through form completion or any inquiries.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in New Business related to annuities.
