New Business Specialist – Annuities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any outstanding issues related to a submitted application from the moment the case is submitted until it is issued.

• Evaluate and input applications and transfer requests received from advisors.

• Ensure that applications are accurately submitted and are in satisfactory order before final submission to the carrier.

• Liaise with carriers and ceding institutions to oversee and expedite the application process.

• Keep application records and statuses updated within Signal Advisors' internal systems.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the annuity industry, including product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance matters.

• Build relationships with key administrative and office support personnel to ensure efficient business flow among various business units and third-party administrators.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance business processes and new business functions.

• Grasp the application process thoroughly and guide advisors through form completion or any inquiries.
