New Business & Seller Growth Executive – Collectibles

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage in outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to identify and qualify promising collectibles seller-partners, including brands, independent retailers, resellers, and collector communities.

• Lead initial seller presentations; translate the platform's commercial offering into customized value for collectibles sellers at various growth stages.

• Evaluate seller compatibility and platform readiness; pinpoint clear avenues for revenue growth within the collectibles sector (blind boxes, designer toys, trading cards, figures, and related categories).

• Assist in the complete seller onboarding process, encompassing registration, account setup, and activation.

• Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to provide ongoing seller support and facilitate smooth navigation of platform tools and growth strategies.

• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly objectives related to seller acquisition and revenue growth (target timeframe: 3–6 months).

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the collectibles landscape, including key brands, market trends, competitor platforms, and community dynamics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated B2B sales expertise: experience in SDR, BDR, or full-cycle sales, preferably in eCommerce, marketplace, or platform settings.

• Exceptional communication capabilities: confident, persuasive, and articulate in both written and verbal communication for outbound outreach, presentations, and external negotiations.

• Self-motivated and highly organized: strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Direct experience or genuine interest in the collectibles domain: trading cards, blind boxes, designer toys, figures, or similar categories.

• A background in high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform businesses.

• Experience in a dynamic, scaling, or startup-like environment.
