This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Acquire New Business: Identify, qualify, and secure new agency prospects within designated mid-market sectors throughout Australia and New Zealand.

• Lead Insightful Conversations: Initiate discussions with agency principals and leadership teams, presenting PropertyMe as the solution that transforms fragmentation into clarity.

• Drive Consistent Prospecting: Engage in daily prospecting and outbound activities, applying a disciplined approach that converts pipeline opportunities into revenue.

• Communicate the Platform Narrative: Convey the comprehensive PropertyMe ecosystem, including property management operations, Grow (CRM), trust accounting, payments, and AI-driven productivity tools.

• Showcase Value: Illustrate the value through product demonstrations and consultative dialogues, avoiding mere feature presentations.

• Assist Customers with Platform Decisions: Guide clients in making platform consolidation choices, helping them visualize a streamlined operation.

• Grow Existing Accounts: Recognize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within current mid-market clients, especially concerning Grow and the wider product offerings.

• Cultivate Strong Relationships: Establish deep connections that organically reveal expansion possibilities, moving beyond simple transactional interactions.

• Develop and Manage Pipeline: Create a robust pipeline through marketing-generated leads, industry connections, events, partner introductions, and your own proactive initiatives.

• Ensure Pipeline Integrity: Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy in Salesforce to enable confident forecasting and prompt follow-ups.

• Engage with the Industry: Represent PropertyMe at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as a knowledgeable presence. Build rapport with franchise groups, industry associations, influencers, and agency executives. Keep track of competitor activities, market dynamics, and legislative updates, providing insights that inform product and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work alongside onboarding, customer success, and support teams to guarantee a smooth transition from sale to long-term platform utilization. Serve as a liaison between the market and our product team, ensuring that customer feedback influences our development roadmap.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in SaaS new business sales, particularly with mid-market or enterprise segments.

• Demonstrated ability to close intricate B2B deals and reliably meet or surpass revenue objectives.

• Experience engaging senior decision-makers—principals, directors, and C-suite executives—in consultative, value-oriented sales discussions.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Salesforce.

• Capacity for self-management, self-motivation, and maintaining a high activity level without direct oversight.

• Well-Respected Background: Experience selling within the real estate or property management sector.

• Familiarity with platform or multi-product SaaS sales, where cross-selling is a key growth mechanism.

• Understanding of agency operations, PropTech, or the property management ecosystem.

• Previous experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS environment.
