• Take on the responsibility of independently managing and expanding a designated region by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across various sectors.
• Collaborate with local SIXT branches by fostering strong partnerships with nearby businesses to unlock regional sales potential.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field, engaging with prospects, understanding their operational requirements, and presenting tailored mobility solutions.
• Keep yourself updated on local market trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and pertinent legislation to proactively pursue new leads.
• Employ a customized, customer-centric approach to create proposals that align with client objectives while leveraging SIXT’s complete product suite.
• Generate your own leads, manage your sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term, recurring customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions are logged properly.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the mobility, vehicle rental, leasing, or automotive sectors.
• A confident self-starter with a strong background in independently generating and closing new leads.
• Capable of developing structured, results-oriented sales plans and adapting swiftly to changing customer and market conditions.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels and building trust promptly.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM platforms like Salesforce; familiarity with sales reporting tools is advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, field-based environment with minimal oversight.
