This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture strong collaborative relationships with the sales team, assisting them in the processing of client applications.
• Oversee cases between carriers and agents to ensure that all underwriting criteria are met.
• Carefully assess client applications to verify their completeness for the underwriting process.
• Suggest enhancements to existing processes and technology.
• Carry out additional responsibilities related to the New Business Department as directed by the immediate supervisor.
• Prior experience in office administration is essential.
• Experience within the insurance sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong focus on detail and precision.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient problem-solving and investigative capabilities.
• Dependable, trustworthy, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Friendly and professional when delivering challenging information through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

• Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
