This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engaging in sales discussions regarding SaaS and Boost, both via phone and online, with clients sourced from the MRC company, the SDR team, and directly.
• Gathering essential information prior to client interactions.
• Performing market research to implement necessary strategies that align with client needs or emerging trends.
• Developing product demonstrations and supporting prospective clients with the initial application setup tailored to their requirements.
• Contacting decision-makers from potential client organizations.
• Addressing client objections effectively.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Logging activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• To excel in this position, you will need...
• - **Professional Experience: **2-4 years of experience in a focused sales or business development role**.**
• - **Sales Competency: **A thorough understanding of sales methodologies and the flexibility to adjust your strategy based on client requirements.
• - **Salesforce Proficiency: **Comfort in managing the entire sales funnel, tracking leads, and analyzing sales and commission reports to enhance your performance.
• - **Social Prospecting: **A proactive mindset for identifying and engaging potential clients through social media channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• - **Language Proficiency:** A minimum of B1/B2 level in English. Given that English is our primary language for internal operations, effective written and verbal communication is crucial for team collaboration.
