This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria who will be responsible for regional marketing strategies and create a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
• In this position, you will oversee product launches, perform market and competitor analyses, and create marketing materials tailored to the local audience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for the regional commercial organization will be vital—ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements at all times.
• Lead the local marketing and launch strategy in collaboration with EMEA teams to promote therapy development and enhance market adoption.
• Accountable for pricing strategy, value proposition, and forecasts aimed at achieving revenue and margin goals.
• Generate commercial actions from market, customer, and competitor analyses to continuously refine market approaches.
• Create and modify marketing and sales materials to facilitate commercial execution in the local market.
• Organize and implement local events, workshops, and training sessions to boost awareness and product adoption.
• Establish and maintain connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional organizations, and other external healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support commercial execution through tools, training, and resources.
• Track product and market performance, and develop optimization strategies based on feedback and insights.
• Ensure adherence to brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Regularly deliver business insights regarding launches, competition, and market trends.
• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing within the MedTech sector, ideally in neurovascular or other interventional therapies. Experience in vascular or coronary interventions (e.g., thrombectomy, balloons, stents) is especially relevant.
• A strong interest in neurovascular and interventional therapies, along with a desire to contribute directly to patient outcomes in acute care environments.
• A solid understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and market dynamics within clinical settings.
• Demonstrated experience in product launches and executing data-driven marketing and commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional, international teams.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong project management capabilities to guide initiatives from planning through to execution.
• A proactive and independent working style, complemented by strong teamwork and adaptability.
• Proficient English skills are required; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
