This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the EMEA marketing strategy for the Neurovascular therapy sector, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Oversee product launches and lifecycle management across EMEA markets, emphasizing strong field execution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales on go-to-market strategies, pricing negotiations, and regional commercial initiatives.
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting for the Neurovascular portfolio in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Create and adapt marketing materials and sales enablement resources for physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Actively engage in EMEA congresses, customer workshops, physician training sessions, and hospital visits.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with KOLs, clinical partners, and key stakeholders through ongoing field engagement.
• Collect and convert insights from the field, customers, and competitors into actionable strategies for execution and planning.
• Track key business metrics such as sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to facilitate continuous optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in MedTech or healthcare, preferably in Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Clinical/Application roles, with significant field exposure in Neurovascular, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or Peripheral Vascular/Vascular Surgery.
• Demonstrated experience in product launches and lifecycle management within regulated healthcare settings.
• Strong go-to-market and execution expertise in healthcare environments (e.g., segmentation, roll-outs, commercial execution).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in complex regional or EMEA settings.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in working with market data, KPIs, and customer insights.
• Solid field credibility with direct experience in clinical customer engagement and stakeholder interaction.
