This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee a designated geographic area while promoting and expanding Neurocrine products.
• Establish enduring relationships with physicians and other clients within targeted accounts.
• Represent Neurocrine brands and their approved uses.
• Provide education to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and other external stakeholders about product advantages.
• Facilitate product acceptance and growth through focused education and strategic account management.
• Implement territory sales strategies utilizing both in-person and virtual communication methods.
• Recognize and tackle territory-specific opportunities and challenges.
• Manage promotional resources and budget effectively.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, influential opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, community mental health clinics, long-term care facilities, payers, and pharmacies.
• Work collaboratively with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Adhere to FDA regulations, industry best practices, company values, and compliance policies.
• Maintain a full field presence from Monday to Friday and participate in occasional evening/weekend events.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or a similar area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, long-term care, Psychology, or Neurology is highly preferred.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of equivalent experience is acceptable as an alternative.
• Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred.
• Background in Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools, such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, and Veeva.
• Familiarity with best practices in the functional discipline and associated business concepts.
• A solid understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and enforcement environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and achieving launch success in complex scenarios.
• Strong computer skills complemented by working knowledge of business systems.
• Expertise in sales platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lead and engage in cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong aptitude for sales and account management.
• Ability to navigate complex accounts across diverse care settings.

• Must reside within the designated geographic territory.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; frequent travel required.
