This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with transportation providers, ensuring their business objectives align with SafeRide’s performance targets and growth plans.
• Enhance provider performance through consistent scorecard assessments, SLA monitoring, and ongoing feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with providers to broaden geographic reach while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability.
• Work alongside Complaints & Grievances (C&G) teams to implement corrective measures and enhance provider performance.
• Supervise vendor operations to guarantee compliance with standards, including the prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for ride-related concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution in conjunction with internal teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Specialists, promoting accountability, performance, and professional development.
• Collaborate across departments with internal stakeholders to ensure network capabilities align with business requirements and operational strategies.
• Assist providers in integrating SafeRide’s technology and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• At least 2 years of experience in vendor management, with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong external relationships.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive performance results through collaboration and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the capability to effectively present, persuade, and resolve issues.
• Experience in monitoring and managing performance indicators (e.g., SLAs, scorecards, KPIs).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee challenges and align actions with overarching organizational objectives.
• Experience in negotiating with external partners to address issues and achieve mutually beneficial results.
• Capacity to handle competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for provider meetings and relationship management.
