Network Support Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver Tier I/II technical assistance to Watchtower clients and end users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobile device challenges across various environments.

• Provide support for Android, iOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.

• Work in collaboration with Air Force base personnel and government representatives to grasp site-specific operational needs.

• Facilitate practical training sessions for Airmen, operators, administrators, and customer staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Administration, Technical Support, Tactical Communications, Deployment Operations, or similar technical fields.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Department of Defense, Federal Government, or military communications environments.

• CompTIA Security+ CE certification or an equivalent certification that meets DoD 8570/8140 workforce requirements.

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (mandatory).
