IT Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive IT support for ECS and local IT support teams.

• Resolve technical issues ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3.

• Act as a liaison with local IT groups when needed.

• Oversee Active Directory management and Group Policy.

• Offer end-user help desk assistance.

• Engage in acquisition activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in an IT Support role.

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Users, Groups, ACLs, and Policies.

• Basic understanding of networking principles.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
