Network Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create solutions in areas such as Security, Systems, Databases, and Networking Solutions.

• Provide leadership, knowledge, guidance, and technical expertise to the team.

• Recognize opportunities for business change and articulate complex technical and business concepts to customers and team members.

• Address and resolve customers' business and technical challenges.

• Enhance service effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery by leveraging technology and technical methodologies.

• Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and advance highly scalable distributed software.

• Integrate software with various layers and offerings to deliver functionality that meets customer requirements.

• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams throughout the agile software development lifecycle.

• Refine features and user stories, estimate work, identify technical risks and dependencies, and communicate these to stakeholders.

• Lead efforts to eliminate technical debt and vulnerabilities while ensuring the third-party components are up to date.

• Mentor and coach engineers in designing and implementing highly available, secure, distributed software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in one or more of the following: Application Development, Data Platforms, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.

• Master Certified Technical Specialist certification is preferred.
