This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Coordinate teams, create plans, and oversee project execution to meet organizational objectives.
• Lead projects initiated by the Network and participants from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, promoting collaboration, precision, and proactive risk management.
• Act as the primary contact for project leaders, addressing risks and resolving urgent issues.
• Adhere to corporate project life-cycle protocols, meeting standards, Agile methodologies, change management practices, and governance policies.
• Obtain approval for project deliverables and assist in project team governance.
• Oversee project budgets, allocate resources, perform monthly budget reconciliations, and manage enterprise resource reporting.
• Guarantee project completion within 45–60 days following the go-live date.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure projects remain on track.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct Cost-Benefit Analyses.
• Ensure that stakeholder communication plans are fully developed.
• Monitor deliverables from BCBSA, Network acquisitions/mergers, and audit activities for compliance and timeliness.
• Create scorecards, dashboards, reports, process flows, and value-stream maps.
• Document existing business processes and data flows, and perform data analysis.
• Generate data visualizations, establish baseline metrics, data collection plans, pilot programs, quality controls, and training strategies.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects while managing tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Network System development.
• Strongly preferred experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Desired experience in leading major initiatives that necessitate change management leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to produce reports and deliver presentations effectively.
• Proficient in influencing peers and fostering relationships.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members to complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Capacity to lead discussions with limited information, define desired outcomes, and perform gap analyses.
• Highly self-driven, quick, and assertive.
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in uncertain circumstances.
• Comfortable navigating change and complexity in dynamic settings.
• Skills in task prioritization and transitioning between overarching concepts and critical details.
• Competence in balancing interpersonal, procedural, and technological aspects while analyzing intricate business relationships.
• Proficient in Access Reporting.
• Familiarity with BCBSA Network regulatory standards.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe, Crystal Reports, SAS, and comparable software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of project management and insurance industry trends and technologies through professional associations, trade publications, networking, training, and seminars.
