This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Define and document the target-state observability architecture for 'Greenfield', incorporating technical configuration templates, dashboard designs, and telemetry polling logic for the unified monitoring platform chosen by the client.
• Develop alert thresholds, suppression rules, and dependency mapping to reduce false positives and avert alert fatigue within the NOC.
• Create provisioning templates and API integrations to guarantee that all sites exiting the migration factory are seamlessly onboarded into the target monitoring platform without any manual effort.
• Work in collaboration with the ITSM/ITIL Architect during the design phase to set up automated alert-to-ticket routing logic, and partner with the Service Delivery Manager during the rollout to ensure NOC runbooks are aligned with the new telemetry model.
• Participate in architecture governance by engaging in architecture reviews, design approvals, and the formulation of enterprise architecture standards, principles, and reference models. Collaborate with cross-domain architects (security, application, platform) on integrated design decisions.
• Over 10 years of experience in Network Operations, Observability Architecture, or NMS Engineering within large-scale enterprise or service provider settings.
• Practical experience in delivering scalable monitoring templates and frameworks.
• Deep expertise in contemporary unified observability platforms such as LogicMonitor, Datadog, SolarWinds, or Splunk, including network telemetry mapping.
