This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee alerts for networks, servers, and applications utilizing NOC monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk)
• Log, identify, and prioritize incidents and service requests in accordance with established protocols
• Conduct initial troubleshooting for issues related to networks, systems, and applications
• Escalate unresolved matters to NOC Level 2/3 or the relevant engineering teams following escalation guidelines
• Generate, update, and maintain incident tickets with precise documentation of actions taken
• Relay incident status and resolution updates to stakeholders and end users
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and incident management workflows
• Supervise backup jobs, system health checks, and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Engage in shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancement by recognizing recurring issues and knowledge deficiencies
• Develop knowledge base resources and train L1 Technicians
• Comply with KPIs set by the NOC ASM
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Fundamental understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Basic familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
