This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guiding, mentoring, and assisting a small team of Onboarding Executives.

• Establishing clear objectives and offering regular feedback along with development opportunities.

• Overseeing resource planning to align with business demands and onboarding priorities.

• Enhancing and continuously refining onboarding processes, governance, reporting, and tracking.

• Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring accountability for key milestones and deadlines.

• Confirming that all operational, compliance, IT, and business readiness requirements are fulfilled prior to launch.

• Proactively identifying and managing risks, resolving challenges before they affect delivery.

• Advocating for best practices and consistently improving the support we provide to our franchise network.

• Evaluating onboarding performance and sharing insights to drive improved outcomes.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Confidence in decision-making and taking ownership of results.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and the confidence to instigate change.

• Experience in operational delivery, onboarding, implementation, or mobilization roles (desirable).

• Background in insurance (advantageous).

• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity (ideal).
