Network Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee network support management for application integration across various cloud and SaaS environments.

• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for intricate network challenges.

• Work collaboratively with teams in Enterprise Architecture, Network Architecture, Application Development, Server Administration, and Solutions Engineering.

• Guarantee high availability, security, and performance for all on-premise and cloud networks.

• Administer and sustain firewalls, load balancers, network fabrics (such as Cisco and HP Synergy), and DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM via Infoblox) infrastructure.

• Create, document, and uphold network topologies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines for incident response and monitoring (including PagerDuty and NNMi).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and complex data center switching architectures (LACP, vPC, VDS, tenant separation).

• Experience with integrations involving Google GCP, AWS Azure, and connectivity to public service providers like Workday and Service Now.

• Proven ability in configuring and troubleshooting Load Balancers (VIPs, SSL offloading) and Next-Generation Firewalls.

• Proficient in IPAM solutions (such as Infoblox), monitoring tools (like Micro Focus NNMi and PagerDuty), and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
