📋 Description

• Configure, troubleshoot, and uphold the enterprise networking infrastructure.

• Engage in the deployment and support of Access Points (APs), Routers, Switches, and WLAN Controllers.

• Conduct wireless site assessments, including Active Surveys, Passive/APoS Surveys, RF Analysis, and Heat Mapping.

• Develop predictive wireless designs and confirm wireless coverage and capacity requirements.

• Execute wireless design validation and optimization utilizing Ekahau AI Pro along with associated hardware and tools.

• Produce, analyze, and present reports on wireless surveys and performance metrics.

• Interpret RF data to offer suggestions for network optimization and enhancements.

• Assist with structured cabling and data center infrastructure tasks.

• Diagnose network and wireless performance challenges.

• Create documentation, survey reports, and network diagrams.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers during implementation and support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of pertinent experience in networking and wireless infrastructure projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and core principles.

• Practical knowledge of Access Points (APs), Routers, Switches, WLAN Controllers, Structured Cabling, and Data Center Infrastructure.

• Must possess hands-on experience with Active Wireless Surveys, Passive/APoS Surveys, Predictive Wireless Design, as well as RF troubleshooting and optimization.

• Strong practical expertise with Ekahau AI Pro software and all associated survey components.

• Capability to generate, analyze, and interpret wireless survey and performance reports.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a valuable asset.

• Additional wireless certifications are beneficial.
