This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete CBO recruitment process, from sourcing and outreach to sessions, intake, onboarding, and transition to Customer Success.
• Identify priority CBOs within essential service sectors, including food, transportation, benefits, housing, and social services.
• Create and maintain a scalable state-by-state expansion framework.
• Design and implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including warm referrals, SDR campaigns, marketing collaborations, and in-person events.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face CBO information sessions.
• Establish Blooming Health as a reliable operational partner for mission-oriented community organizations.
• Forge strong relationships with CBO leaders and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales to utilize payer and provider connections for warm introductions.
• Work alongside Implementation and Tech Ops to ensure that committed CBOs transition smoothly through onboarding.
• Partner with Customer Success to facilitate a seamless handoff when organizations are prepared to launch.
• Work with Marketing on case studies, testimonials, LinkedIn content, and other materials that enhance future network growth.
• Explore innovative strategies for CBO recruitment and engagement.
• Quickly learn from successes and challenges.
• Assist in developing the playbook for future state and market expansion.
• Monitor and report on network growth metrics, including CBO targets by sector, onboarding speed, referral activity, and engagement results.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, community growth, sales, market expansion, or a related cross-functional role.
• Proven experience in building initiatives from the ground up, such as new markets, networks, programs, partnership channels, or growth projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of gaining trust from mission-driven and community-oriented organizations.
• Ability to manage both strategic planning and execution.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, Operations, and Customer Success.
• A proactive approach to action, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred advanced degree in public health, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
