Network Engineer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and support the network infrastructure that serves O-I's manufacturing and office environments globally.

• Establish and uphold enterprise network infrastructure that supports O-I’s international operations.

• Resolve network issues to ensure timely fixes and operational continuity.

• Oversee network performance and availability across O-I locations.

• Keep precise and thorough documentation in line with Global Standards.

• Engage in on-call rotations to deliver continuous support and prompt responses to critical network incidents.

• Manage network infrastructure projects, including technology refreshes and lifecycle management efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in managing enterprise LAN, firewall, and/or wireless network infrastructure.

• Proficient troubleshooting skills and the capacity to work independently within a global organization.

• Excellent communication abilities in English – both written and oral.

• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure in industrial or office settings, along with troubleshooting existing wireless systems, will be a major advantage.
