Network Engineer – Meraki CMSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve network and product performance issues at an enterprise level, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Operate independently or collaborate with a team to efficiently deploy, install, configure, and test top-tier HSIA and network equipment.

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and digital switching technologies, including software, hardware, servers, routers, modems, wireless systems, TCP/IP, and QoS.

• Maintain high-quality, precise, and timely documentation for network systems.

• Collaborate with various inter and intra departmental peer groups to achieve optimal results in all assigned duties.

• Complete tasks within designated timeframes and budgets.

• Oversee daily support within the network/wi-fi engineering function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working either independently or as a team lead in network/Wi-Fi installations, diagnostics, monitoring, and utilizing analysis tools (e.g., Ekahau, Wireshark).

• At least 2 years of experience with HP, FortiGate, Firewalls, Aruba, Ruckus Networks, and Meraki wireless enterprise-level products, providing technical network and Wi-Fi services to commercial clients.

• Meraki CMSS certification is mandatory.

• 5 years of experience configuring Aruba and Ruckus hardware within the hospitality sector.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without daily supervision.

• Skilled in problem-solving within complex data network systems.

• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation to support the 24x7x365 team.

• Ability to effectively function as a team member in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment with a strong focus on detail and conscientiousness.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both technically and interpersonally.
