This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the network that supports extensive AI training and inference.
• Develop rack configurations and cluster architectures.
• Collaborate with facilities teams to guide thermal and power planning.
• Design the network infrastructure.
• Optimize collective communications for both training and inference tasks.
• Create systems for telemetry and observability.
• Lead initiatives in performance, benchmarking, and incident management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with rack-to-cluster deployments, including cabling, power, and thermal management.
• Proficiency in network fabric architecture utilizing RoCEv2 and InfiniBand, covering routing, load balancing, topology, queueing, congestion control, and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Familiarity with tuning collective communications, including NCCL, RCCL, or specific vendor libraries.
• Knowledge of network telemetry, including NIC counters, switch streaming (gNMI, sFlow, INT), and collective-level metrics.
• Proven experience managing large-scale GPU or ASIC clusters in a production environment.
