This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design and implement LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and Wi-Fi solutions for various global offices.

• Oversee Cisco Meraki switches, routers, and access points, while maintaining a vendor-neutral approach for future integrations.

• Implement and manage Wi-Fi EAP (Enterprise Authentication), utilize certificate-based authentication, and enforce zero-trust access controls.

• Plan and enhance enterprise Wi-Fi systems, including RF design, conducting surveys, and performance optimization.

• Develop secure cloud and hybrid networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Automate deployment and configuration management using Python, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and GitOps.

• Establish observability and alerting mechanisms; contribute to improvements in Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and service reliability.

• Assist in compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) through configuration management, change control, and documentation.

• Travel regionally (approximately 25–40% during buildouts) for on-site deployments and architecture assessments.

• 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise networking with a focus on multi-site design and operations.

• Extensive knowledge in routing, switching, and network segmentation.

• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco networking technologies, particularly with Cisco Meraki.

• Proficient in Python and Ansible for automation tasks.

• Experienced in NAC/RADIUS integrations with identity providers such as Okta and Azure AD.

• Strong comprehension of certificate-based authentication, EAP, and zero-trust architectures.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership capabilities.
