This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Coordinate and implement targeted outreach initiatives to enhance PEC’s footprint within key market segments.
• Continuously analyze market and volume trends to uncover opportunities for growth and operational enhancements.
• Monitor market dynamics and proactively tackle opportunities or challenges that may affect provider partnerships or patient access.
• Act as a liaison for external market partners to address their needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute market growth strategies that facilitate the expansion of the surgical pipeline and enhance overall practice performance.
• Organize, coordinate, and carry out PEC-hosted continuing education events for optometrists and other healthcare professionals to improve professional education and bolster market engagement.
• Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, speaker coordination, material preparation, and attendee registration.
• Promote continuing education events and market initiatives through targeted marketing strategies to maximize participation and engagement.
• Gather and evaluate event feedback and participation data to continually refine educational programming and market impact.
• Coordinate provider onboarding support, community outreach activities, and market communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to enhance market coordination, communication workflows, and outreach effectiveness.
• Track and report on market activities, outreach efforts, and event outcomes, providing actionable insights and KPIs to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive records of market trends and event participation to support insights and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, market development, business development, or provider engagement, demonstrating the ability to support growth initiatives.
• Experience in planning and executing professional events is preferred.
• Prior experience working with optometrists, ophthalmologists, or surgical care providers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, market analytics, and industry best practices is advantageous.
