This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supervise and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder communication management, and other daily project operations.

• Possess autonomous decision-making authority on projects that influence the agency.

• Lead designated project(s) with both internal and external teams from initial development to project completion, subsequently transitioning to ongoing monitoring in various departments across the organization.

• Provide regular project status updates/reports using dashboards and/or Smartsheet throughout the duration of all projects.

• Ensure all assigned project elements are completed promptly.

• Address network requirements through targeted provider recruitment and the dissemination of Open Enrollments, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Application (RFA), or Request for Information (RFI).

• Independently execute Requests for Proposals, Applications, and/or Information, leveraging expertise from Subject Matter Experts (SME) to fulfill the specific service needs of the population, area, and organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of progressive experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care fields.

• OR an Associate’s degree in a Human Services field with four (4) years of progressive post-degree experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care fields.

• OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field with two (2) years of progressive post-degree experience in the behavioral health (mental health/substance use), Intellectual-Developmental Disability/Traumatic Brain Injury, and/or Physical Health Care fields.

• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must reside within North Carolina.

• Must be able to travel within the catchment area as needed.
